Cristina

Treatment Coordinator and Marketing

I love meeting people at every age and stage of their lives. Building relationships with each patient, learning about their life, family, school, and work, is a pleasure. Educating patients about orthodontics and how we can positively change their lives by creating a healthy smile is very important to us. I review proposed treatments with patients and parents, answer their questions, and make sure they have the information needed to make a decision that’s right for them. I also plan our marketing calendar and interact with our referring offices. My husband and I have two kids. I enjoy long walks, preferably on a beach, bike riding, going to see jazz concerts and paleo baking.

Financial Coordinator

As the financial coordinator, I enjoy working one-on-one with patients and families. I review payment and financing options to figure out the best way to pay for orthodontic treatment.
I live in Redmond with my husband and we have four grown kids. Our entire family loves music and four of us are members of the Seattle Symphony Chorale.

Morresia

I’ve been in the dental field for over 13 years, and I still love every moment of it. Meeting and connecting with our patients that are from all walks of life, hearing their stories, easing their nerves, and making sure everyone feels truly cared for while in the chair, is the best.

When I’m not at work, I’m soaking up the joys (and wild energy!) of raising my one-year-old and spending quality time with my amazing husband. I’m also big on staying active—whether it’s kayaking in the summer, taking walks, weightlifting, or our annual family trips to the beautiful Oregon coast. For me, staying healthy and strong is just as important as helping others smile with confidence.

Frances

My interest in the field of Orthodontics has begun ever since I became an orthodontic patient myself at an orthodontic school. I had eight permanent teeth removed as part of the treatment plan! I witnessed how the students were very passionate about creating precise tooth movements to achieve an ideal bite with proper function and a beautiful smile that patients would truly feel proud of. I enthusiastically put into service my knowledge of orthodontics with the patients I meet each day at Dr. Wong’s office. On days that I am not at work, I enjoy playing with my son and Cockapoo dog, and together with my husband, we find time to go to the mountains to hike and explore. I also provide quality time with my parents and with my 105-year-old grandma.

Bookkeeper

I have had the privilege of working for Dr Wong for the past 25 years and I continue to do so remotely. My husband and I live in Bellevue and raised our three daughters here. We now enjoy seven grandchildren.
